We apply efficiency at every production stage: we adjust and control each process to reduce our environmental footprint without compromising quality or food safety. We integrate technologies that drive sustainability and optimize energy consumption through high-efficiency equipment and increasing use of renewable energies. Continuous improvement drives us towards an increasingly responsible production model.
Packaging and Logistics
We use recycled and recyclable packaging such as glass, metal, and RPet. For Tetra Recart, we prioritize certified fibers and renewable or recyclable materials. We use 100% recycled boxes and replace plastics in pallets with reusable alternatives. We encourage rail transport due to its lower footprint. With more responsible packaging and logistics, we strengthen a supply chain aligned with our sustainability goals and operational efficiency.
Consumer Well-being and Social Commitment
We offer real, minimally processed plant-based foods, made with simple recipes that respect and allow the authentic flavor of each ingredient to shine. We are committed to clear labels and honest processes. Caring for people is also sustainability: foods that provide health, trust, and a balanced lifestyle, good for them and for the planet.
Governance and Food Safety
We promote a culture based on ethics, transparency, and respect for the environment and people. We guarantee workplace well-being, equality, and safety through prevention programs and certifications such as Grasp and SMETA. We control food quality and safety with certifications like Global GAP, IFS, BRC, Organic, and ISO14001. We promote sustainable practices that protect those involved in the project and the planet.
Sustainable Innovation
Our innovation drives real environmental improvements. We create circular economy models and participate in European projects like SISTER’S to reduce global waste. Together with centers like CNTA, we develop plant-based alternatives that improve well-being and reduce the carbon footprint.
