The Real coordinates eight production centres in Spain, with the capacity to process more than 150,000 tons of fresh food per year. Ayecue, The Real’s fresh unit, was a pioneer in Spain in launching a new way of producing and marketing top quality fresh cultivated mushrooms. . Its cultivation processes allow harvesting 365 days a year. Ayecue controls the value chain of cultivated mushrooms: Phase III compost, cultivation and packaging, and marketing. We are able to guarantee constant traceability and quality, from the raw material to the final product.
Our fresh mushrooms farms in La Rioja, Castilla-La Mancha and Navarra have around 458.000 square meters and the Phase III compost production reach a production of 1,050 tons per week.
The Logistics Center, in La Rioja, manages the storage and delivery of the products made in our plants of canned vegetables and legumes. We manage the service to national and international clients. We manage 2,200 references, from different channels: retail, foodservice and industry. These products are delivered to more than a thousand clients in more than 60 countries worldwide.
